Sugar Maple Sour
2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz peach juice
1 oz maple syrup
Put ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a sliver of fresh peach. To make it a zero-proof cocktail, add either 2 oz of AF bourbon or unsweetened iced tea.
