The Longan Colada Mocktail
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup coconut cream
2-3 ripe longan fruit, peeled, unseeded
1 tsp orange flower water
1.5 tsp simple syrup
Blend in a blender and pour into a glass.
To make this a delicious cocktail, just add rum.
