The Dark Cherry Tree
5 or 6 cherries (pitted and cut in half or quarters)
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz agave
2.5 oz champagne
Muddle the cherries, agave, and lemon juice and strain into a glass with ice. Top with champagne and garnish with a cherry.
For a mocktail, substitute AF champagne. It’s really light and delicious.
