And now...the drink we all need...it is orange, tasty, and perfect for summer!
An Aperol Affair
1.5 oz bourbon
1 oz Aperol
1 oz simple syrup
Prosecco or soda
Orange slice
Pour bourbon, Aperol, and simple syrup into a glass with ice. Top with Prosecco or soda and stir. Add an orange slice for garnish.
Note for sobriety seekers: This cocktail sadly will not make a good mocktail. Believe us. We tried. We can't insult your intelligence here. There is no mocktail. Please just drink something you'll enjoy. :)
